Our Ingredients
Our cocoa beans originate from sustainable organic cultivation by small-scale farmers in Ghana, Venezuela and Ecuador. They are processed by the Swiss premium supplier Felchlin. We add regionally produced milk and Swiss sugar as well as our other favorite ingredients from the region, such as wild berries, and they are poured into beautiful bars at the Hirschy Confiserie in Wil under hygienically perfect conditions. Afterwards, we package every single chocolate bar by hand.

Our Packaging
We were searching for a long time to find the perfect wrapping foil, which is biodegradable, but still protects our product perfectly. Our petroleum-free wrapping film is made of PLA and complies with the DIN 13432 standard. This makes the packaging by hand more complex because the film is not so easy to handle, but the additional effort for the environment we find worthwhile.
